Albert falls resort and hotel - **** in the making

Albert Falls Hotel & Resort is a ****, it it a filthy excuse of an establishment. The owner Ishana is rude , and the staff are just as useless as the venue. they use **** advertising to lure unsuspecting clients to pay for bookings, there is no documents of terms and conditions provided, and they ***** our hard earned money by advertising **** facilities. they refuse to respond as "legal teams" will respond and then they just push the matter under the carpet. Do Not Ever book at this unsavoury venue, the crow and facilities and activities they allow are not safe to families as a whole. DO NOT BE A VICTIM!!!
