Albert falls hotel and resort

So I booked a game drive with Albert falls hotel for my family n I after our holiday at the south coast.we drove all the way from margate to pietermaritzburg only to be told that the van has broken down and we should come back another day.after explaining to the lady that we cannot and I prefer my refund and be compensated for my petrol from the south coast...only to be told they will give me the refund of the game drive only....I left all my details for the owner to call me n she hasn't to date.....after repeatedly writing blogs on their page on face book they have finally blocked me from their page.....I've called but never got through with the numbers on fb and have asked on numerous occasions via Facebookfor the owner to contact me but she hasn't.
