No shame

The signboard outside the shop, and the internet states coin operated laundry. After wasting time and petrol going there, I was told it is not a self service laundry. This is misleading advertising, and a shockingly dishonest way to lure customers. That might explain why the shop was spectacularly empty. How desperate can shop owners become? The fact that there are numerous complaints of the same nature on there comments page shows the misleading advertising is intentional.
