Hello Peter. It's been almost 2 years and I've won my case against Alberante motors CC t/a GM Alberante. The national consumer tribunal (NCT) ruled in my favour that Alberante motors CC did not repair my vehicle as instructed. Now that the repairing work needs to start Alberant motors had their lawyers to inform me that they will not replace the parts that have been rusted, deteriorated or damaged, which I find unfair. As they were found guilty of poor workmanship all parts that have been damaged should be for there account. But once again here we see private companies use their money to bully the little man. At the NCT Alberante motors came with lawyers and an advocate. What I'm trying get to say is maybe I should go to my local newspaper and tell them my story. I feel the public should know how I was treated by Alberante motors. It is wrong how such private businesses get away with a lot. We don't have money for lawyers and we have to battle to get them to take ownership of there mistakes but they don't just like Alberante motors. I am so disappointed that they associated with such a big brand like GMSA. We as the public need to stand together against big private businesses.
