poor service

I took my car a Bmw X5 registration numvet DV32ML GP to Alberante bmw dealer on the 17th of September 2015, for a suspension check and diagosnis, when I went to fetch my car a drivers door handle was now broken despite of the car being driven there in good condition, when I was driving to my aunts funeral, the engine fan broke and tore open all the pipes in the engine and braking the power steering pump, when I took my car in for diagonises there was nothing wrong with my car I only took it there so they can check my suspension and anything that needs to be changed, not for them to cause damages to my car also as a result of this my cars bonet was damaged
