Pathetic service

<p>I bought a car from alberante motors in alberton 5 months ago, I've been calling and emailing and begging for the last 5 months for my spare key that I was promised. I was told when I purchased the car that it has a spare key and still have not received anything. I was also told when I bought the car that I have to take a "Car care package " with the car due to me not having a deposit and found out that it was indeed a lie. I have been struggling to get that cancelled as well the last couple of months after filling in and sending in the required cancellation forms etc. I'm busy paying every month for something I asked to be cancelled numerous times, and keep being promised that it's in the proses of being refunded but nothing is happening just like my spare key. </p>
