Alberante Motors bad service and poor workmanship

<p> </p> <p>Hope all is well I would like to bring to your attention the major problem I had dealing with Alberante BMW I booked my wife’s car in on the 24-02-2017 for air bag warning and rattling noise after acceleration received a quote that afternoon from Wayne and was told that my battery and throttle valve needs replacing as the noise was coming from the throttle valve he quoted me R10600.00 to do the repairs I agreed and received the following week Monday a call from Wayne to tell me that it was not the throttle valve and that the noise is coming from inside the engine again I was requoted a new amount of R14000.00 this was to replace the timing chain tensioner and set the timing on the chain I also asked Wayne to give back my battery as it has a two year guaranty and was replaced last year Wayne rep**** that would not be a problem I must give the R200.00 core charge for the battery, I received a call from Wayne on the 2-03-2017 Thursday to let me know my vehicle is ready for collection they had road tested the vehicle and the noise is gone the following day when I arrived at Wayne to pay I was informed of the following item that needed to be replaced that I was not informed of , I received my battery but my old parts Wayne could not find them as I needed to see why I must pay for the R1768.00 water hose and why it failed Wayne also told me that the vehicle is a bit under power, we took the vehicle as we waited over a week for the repairs I tested the vehicle it is way under power , when the vehicle idles it has a rumbling noise and sometimes stalls this vehicle never was like this, I thought taking my wife’s BMW to Alberante will fix the problem as this should be the best and first place to take your vehicle for the noise in the engine but now I have a no power problem I am afraid to take back my vehicle who knows what will they do next to my vehicle further more I had my battery tested it health came at 98% no problem with the battery, sad to say if this is the way Alberante conducts it work on vehicles I will never return my vehicle to have it fixed where as you get charged R14000.00 and still have problems. I will be taking this further as I am not happy with the service i had a meeting with the DP Hendrik Jansen who refused to fix my car and admittted they made a mastake that no antifreeze was put in the vehicle but still did not refund me or fix my vehicle the vehicle is standing DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THEY LIE TO THE CUSTOMER AND CHARGE YOU FOR THERE MISTAKES NEVER AGAIN </p>
