Terrible service!!!

Complaint 1:<br> I had come to drop off my vehicle at the repair centre on Monday, 8th Feb 2016 :<br> <br> 1. A manager's courtesy vehicle was promised to me and expecting a BMW, I was given a Chev Aveo<br> 2. I had to sign a document where the excess for this vehicle could be R15000! This is extremely <br> 3. I had to wait for 45 min for the courtesy vehicle because there was issues with the tyre, and the other one had no fuel<br> <br> Complaint 2:<br> Following on from the complaint logged below, its seems that things are not improving at your dealership !<br> I was given a different vehicle, but it is in such terrible condition, you guys should not be exposing your customers to it - but I guess it is a true reflection of this branch's condition as well.<br> I was promised my vehicle back this afternoon (after 3 weeks) and just now received a call stating that while it was going for quality inspection, someone scratched it!!!!<br> And now it is going to take another few days to sort out..... <br> <br> This is the first time I am dealing with your branch and an not satisfied with the service. Unfortunately I don't have any other choice now.<br>
