Slow repair service & poor feedback

I brought in my car and I was told it was going to take 2 to 3 weeks to fix. (note: Hofbro Panel beaters said it would take them +/-10 days to fix it. The only reason I took it to Alberante was cause it was closer to home and didn't mind 2 to 3 weeks) A week later I was told that it would take 4 weeks. On the 4th week they only discover that the car would need additional labour. It took them 4 weeks to discover that they'll require to do additional labour on the car. They then cannot tell you when you will receive your car on the 5th week of working on your car, and all they tell you is they need more time. They then also say they will give you a loan car, but they are currently unavailable and cannot provide you with a definite date when they can give you a car. Basically they provide false hope every time you call with a promise to help with a loan car that they have but don't know when they'll have available (makes no sense). If you don't want your car fixed slow and with the date of completion being unknown, then I wouldn't recommend this Auto Repair Center.
