Poor workmanship

Over a month, no show Poor loan car with no sound and chows petrol Poor communication They wouldn't replace the door even if clearly they had no other option. in 2018 i took my car for repairs at eljoney on the right rear fender, as to why the had to fiddle with the door is beyond comprehension, the paint work is worse and recently i took the same car in for repairs at Alberberante ARC referred to by current insurance to which they are telling me they wont repair the door even when the dent is on the same door
