Beware of Courtesy Car T&C and Damage to vehicle while in care

<p>ARC T&C for courtesy car states minimum amount of R8500 if car damaged and car will be held as security. The car was damaged by a 3rd party who has provided a 3rd party claim/referance number. ARC holds me liable to pay R8500 and claim from 3rd party insurance myself. Ive logged a complaint with Ombudsman .it will take 4-6 weeks. A 3rd party claim takes 6-8 weeks. In the meantime I have no vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>ARC took close to 2 months to repair my vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is also a dent on my bumper that was not indicated at time of vehicle inspection. Ive asked them to present a photo that shows dent present at time of inspection or repair the dent. To date no response.</p>
