5 weeks and repair is still not completed

<p>5 weeks after i booked my vehicle in I received a call that my car is ready for collection. Parking sensors that was working when i booked my vehicle in is no longer working, a part that was not replaced after 5 weeks they advised me that they are waiting for the part and should have in within 5 days.... Why only order the part the day the customer collects the vehicle??? You had 5 weeks to order the part !!!!! section of the body work that is not repaired properly... I am sure a 5 year kid can do a beter job...they charged extra for this... Bump that should have been repaired is not even painted.... Guessing you thought that the customer wont mind looking behind the bumper.....well SUPRISE!!!!!!!! Will never use or recommend this repair centre... </p>
