Awful company

My was a driver for albatross marine he left the company due them under paying him and forcefully wanting him to stay in port Elisabeth away from us as he's family they never paid him what thy offerd him to go down and fill a temporary position, my father then left he post walk away and hiked back to cape town , my father was in charge of the vehicle fleet and the vans was listed to his name ,he's been gone from this company for years and there vehicles fines are still coming to our home and there are warrants against my father's name resulting in him not being able to get his driver permit he has been up and down to courts please advise albatross marine doesn't look after there employees and the owner is a spitefully person .after numerous calls and going to see them personally my father is still being harassed with fines .
