DAMAGED CLOTHING DUE TO CLOGGED DIRTY FILTER OF WASHINGMACHINE

We took visitors from Australia to Albatros during April 2017. The booking was done through Fynbos Golf Club. On arrival we found a lot of things that were broken, dirty or in a bad state. After complaing to Fynbos we were told to write a report and then they will fix it. This should have been done way before we arrived. We stayed there a few years back and then the carpet in main bedroom was stained and half of the blinds in unit broken. It was still the same. My sister washed her clothing using the washingmachine in the unit. All her clothing were ruined due to the fact that the cleaning ladies washed a green throw that was over the chair (to cover the stains) a d this was blocking the pipe inside. When loading the machine this was not visible. All the fibre of the throw went into her clothing and ruined it. We showed it to Fynbos and they were not willing to help. They keep on saying that the unit was fixed Nov 2016. Which cleary was not the case. Tney blame this for not paying on the 83 yearold owner. I think they have to pay for the damages of clothing as it was caused by their clogged up machine.
