I’m the agent for Albatros funeral administrator for so many years and all of a sudden Ryno Arangies who is the director at Albatros decided to cancel all of the schemes for no apparent reason He has send a letter to all the agent and the letter has no reason of cancellation On his cancellation letter he stated that he will bury until the 30th of June but so far all the June claims are not paid The clients are suffering because they now have to look for another underwriting company We as the tswelopele scheme requested a proof of underwriting and claim ratio to can move the clients to another underwriter but he is also failing to give us the proof of underwriting now the client has to undergo a 6 months waiting period again
