Poor service to clients

The end of April I hit a pothole and 2 rims got damaged. I submitted a claim. I was sent an Albatross insurance administrator cash in lieu settlement document to complete and sign. I signed and returned the document weeks ago. It's been well past 10days and have not received a payment. When following up I am told they have banking issues but are releasing the payment. We are in June already. How long does it take to release a payment
