The I don't know Hotel

Okay so let's go past the positive first, they allowed an early check in... That's it... The receptionist was rude and knew absolutely nothing. Every question was I don't know.... Asked where is a laundrymat in the area, answer I don't know... Guess what part of the same building we found a laundry mat... Horrible. Then we get to the dirty room, no complimentary coffee, no light bulbs only 2 working 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the room... I think you pay extra for that not sure just check... Then the noise is horrible and there is nightclubs under the hotel where people stand and smoke ****, but you must walk past them to get to the car parking... Yeah imagine that with a little girl... The hotel was dirty and the staff where just not friendly... It is the first and last time this hotel sees me and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
