The horrible hotel in KZN - The albany hotel

<p>this is the most horrible place i have ever been into!!!! the is very very very rude actually extremely room - they made me and my partner feel like we are that annoying cousin who visit your home unannounced!! I nicely asked if the offer supper and breakfast the answer was a huge NO only to find out yesterday after checking in that they do cater supper. Their phones have a problem, i has to speak very loud to ask ask for an iron but the lazy lady who was picking up the phone kept on saying "hello" and hung up with a sigh of being irritated. Well I ended up dress not ironed clothes and went to the reception to ask for an iron i was amazed when the answer "we do have irons but we don't give it to the clients since they ***** them". With all that treatment the hotel is old, old beds, rude staff, they use old blankets - our day was ruined and even when i was checking i told the lady at the reception of hoe their service was so poor she just loudly laughed at me.</p>
