Poor poor service

The poorest hotel I ever visited. Poor customer service.the hotel is so dirty,from the sheets to the carpet every morning I opened the door to the room i book In I was greeted by ****roaches.it was not a pleasant experience being there.i we only received towels to the room only after I had to go down to the reception to go fight for them and that's only when they were washed and dried quickly so that I could get them. My wife had to take shower late at night cos there were no towels ...there were no mats in the bathroom floor to step on after a shower . The windows were extremely dirty. . The parking area is so far away from the hotel that I even asked the security guard what if It is raining. . What then do i and my wife have now run to the hotel or the parking if ever we want to go out. Rooms are only clean after 11 to 12 cos even the cleaning staff said they are under staffed. I was constantly worried about the safety of my car as I could see that anyone can prevent to be the owner of the cars in the parking space and ***** your car. The is no breakfast as it's not even served . But they lie blaming covid for not serving any breakfast. . I complained to one of the managers about the filth and all he could say is sorry. The pictures shown on there website are not all honest . . They are misleading I regretted having made a booking prior to arriving. Some other guy took his wife and left immediately on arrival as he was not happy with what he saw. I had to go buy towels the following morning as I was tired of fighting for towels. .
