poor customer service and rude manager

i would like to share a very terrible experience im facing now with the hotel. i made a booking with the hotel and one of the staff member decided to cancell my booking without my concern. when i phoned the hotel to confirm if they received my proof of payment i was told my booking is cancelled , i spoke to a very very rude manager by the name of Carly Fischer that promised to get back to me, till today im still waiting and its 2 weeks ago everytime i call the office she is always busy and is supposed to call me back but she doesnt call me back. i have sent emails and left messages for her but no one is responding.....i have all the list of names of the people i spoke to from day one when the booking was done till the very last person i spoke to today. from the day i tried making a reservation i got a terrible service.
