not friendly and dont disclose everything on their website

<p>we booked at Albany for month end of November however due to unforceen circumstances (family matter) we wont make it and called, send emails for cancellation and they stated that will be getting 100% refund and now they charging us R270.00 which they say is for bank charges/admin fees</p>
