Never Stay at this Establishment.... PATHETIC

If there was 0 stars that is what my reading would be Poor excuse for a hotel. We booked in online based on the pictures and review on booking.com. Unfortunately when we arrived we noticed the surrounding areas where extremely busy, unsafe and shocking. Upon checkin I was informed that there is no parking at the hotel and I had to drive further down the street to park. I was also asked to pay for the parking which was pathetic. I was also informed that there is only 1 entrance which is on the main road and I would either have to unpack my car on the road side or park my car and walked down the street with my luggage and my kids. The street where the parkade is has a few bars and the atmosphere is shocking. Drugs/******* and dangerous surroundings is what you experience. The reception area is a false reflection of the hotel. Elevators are tiny. The lobbys are old and look 1 star apposed to 3. The rooms are near but small and the bathrooms are basic. I immediately wanted to get my kids out of the environment and was told that my money would not be refunded. I booked at the premises for 2 night and did not stay but my money was taken. I had to find alternate accommodation at 6pm and I was left hopeless with 2 kids. I would never recommend this ****py place to anyone that needs a decent place to stay ..................
