money not paid back

I booked a room for me and my partner on the 12/05/2015 to check in on the 26/06/2015 they told me to a deposit of 750 I did and there's was no response from them I called to ask if they received it they said no but I should come with proof of payment when I get there so came the day when I got there they couldn't find my reservations I had to open my emails to show them as they couldn't find in <br> <br> so they told me since its school holidays the prices had gone up[ and I must pay an extra 300 I refused as they has showed me the room and It was nothing like the one I saw on the net so I requested a my money back they wouldn't give it <br> <br> so we stayed there for hours waiting the manager as he had left us in the foyer to go to mosck and the other lady trying to make us check in rooms they were still being cleaned I refused still and asked for a refund manager didn't come back we been there now since money its after 2pm he still not back so the lady said she will talk to her manager and they will pay the money after 3days which they never did so I emailed them a reminder I got no response till this day please assist<br> <br> ive got the reservation letter and proof of payment still
