Hotel or Brothel!?

I booked a hotel to stay in Durban via [URL Removed] for 8 and 9 April 2016. As I don't know Durban that well, what I read about it on the site and on the Hotel's website it seemed perfect. But when we arrived it was another story! It was bit late at night and I was shocked. We already paid and it looks horrible. Not as in the pictures. On the website they say it's non smoking. The room reeked of smoke. People were screaming and laughing loudly in the passages. Slamming doors shut. There is a club underneath and the music was so load. Not all the bedding was clean. The free wi-if was non-existent. I was so afraid. Feared for my life and for my baby's life. We only had to sleep there because we were afraid to go outside again. So I want to warn people that not all places are advertising themselves properly. And you can't rate yourself 3 star if you actually don't even deserve 1 star. I want my money back after we didn't go back for the second night.
