Great stuff

appy ****med Guest I was happy to stay at this hotel even after I got ****med by an Agency that used their name to **** us(Ethnic bunch), the hotel stuff was so friendly, the security guy who was working on friday morning 20/08/21 and the reception lady who was working on Friday morning they were so friendly and helpful, the young lady is so professional and friendly she really made our experience so easy and after the bad experience with the agency that ****med us she really handled everything professionally

And there's an old Indian lady who was not so friendly and she is very strict with the covid regulations I really admired her for that however she needs to be more welcoming and accommodating to the guests.
