Filthy Albany hotel

Albany hotel is such a **** and a *** style 😭😭. We booked accommodation via booking.com. What a disappointment, the carridors were filthy and smelling. The rooms are something else 🤮🤮, curtains you can’t even tell what colour is it, the bathroom is very dirty. What is annoying is that we couldn’t even get hold of management coZ we wanted to cancel we were told about the cancellation policy. We tried to explain we are not canceling bcoz we like it’s bcoz we can’t even sleep bcoz the rooms were filthy and smelling bad. It was even difficult to take a shower there. What you see on their website is not what it is, it is a misrepresentation. It is so cruel to do such to people and their rates are way too expensive for such a place. Booking.com since we have paid you and have complained about Albany hotel we request our refund.
