Booking paid and cancelled within company parameters - no response - no refund.

A booking was made and paid for in full: 10/01/2020.

The booking was cancelled due to Covid through their booking system well within their own 'refund' limits, thus qualifying for a full refund. They deleted my online access and ignored all emails to date - it is now more than a year later and no feedback. Several emails later - no response, ...
