We booked at this hotel just before lockdown and they have been giving us a round around about refunding us until we were told that they cannot refund us but can only give us a voucher and till date we have been sending emails to them and no responses or any communication of any sort about our voucher, I wouldn't really recommend anyone to book on this hotel is a big **** hotel they don't deserve to be on business
