ALBANY HOTEL *****ING MY MONEY

I booked in to Albany hotel last year January 2020 a deposit of 1500 was paid on the 17 February 2020 in April 2020 I sent an email advising that we are canceling due to COVID that hit all of us financially and emotionally I have been calling sending emails requesting refund since April last year till today I haven't received my money I even spoke to the *********** manager Shahed Hoosen on the phone and on emails but still there was nothing he promised my refund in April and said he processed it after receiving my bank statement but still I want my money pay my money
