Unacceptable appearance

We sat at the pub area for over half an hour and were Extremely surprised to see Roaches running the counter tops by the plenty with not a single worry from the staff as well as the counter tops were sticky and sugar messed from a previous customer. The chairs /bar stools still badly worn and broken for more than a few days as I flew out of the airport a week ago still the same. Unfortunately we also chatted to a manager and was assured that this would be attended to shortly but by the time we left still not even the counter was cleaned. I wonder what the kitchen looks like
