Disgusting service

I am currently sitting in this restaurant, the waiting time was 10 minutes to be served. I ordered a coke and that took 16 minutes to arrive.<br> After almost begging for a menu to order some food, one was handed to me, like they were doing me a favour<br> I ordered a beef burger and chips, lo and be hold I am still waiting, (45 minutes so far).<br> My flight is about to board, so it looks like I will have to starve.<br> The only reason I am forced to use this disgusting establishment is because one of the executive lounges is being refurbished..<br> They obviously have no idea of service and really don't understand that people are catching flights and that <br> they need to serve promptly..<br> I will spread my story with lots of travelers about ALBA Restaurants and their disgusting appalling ,non exist service.<br> Well, time to catch my flight.<br> Management has obviously got no control at all and I'm sure they will disregard my note.
