Bad service at Alba easy lounge capetown

My fiance and i received very bad service at this lounge. We sat for more than an hour Our table was never cleared, the waitresses never asked if we were fine or needed anything else but other people’s table were checked upon every 10 minutes. Especially white people tables. I give them 1 out of 10. Service is pretty bad
