Bad Customer Service

I went in there @ 12:00pm to grab something light to eat before boarding to Joburg. My boarding time was 12:50. By 12:20 I decided to leave. They were in attendance of other patrons that walked in after me.

I decided to walk to the waitress to ask if I was supposed to take the menu from the bar or sit to be attended to. All she did was to argue with me that I didn't come in at 12pm as I've said...I got irritated and calmly asked to their manager, Mischka, she came, gave me a lousy apology and informed me she will "deal" with the waitress concerned.

She asked what would I like to order but I left...it was too late to ask. I'll never go back again. Bad customer service.
