shocking service

do not travel with Alaska Airlines if you are transporting a bicycle in a hard shell bike case. they destroyed my wheels, missing completely, smashed the locks and refuse to accept responsibility for it. I have gone through all the right channels to get my claim paid but they say they are not responsible. poor service indeed. I will not use them or recommend them . especially to any tri athlete partaking in World champs Ironman on Kona in October every year. I wonder how many other participants had similar treatment.
