**** ALERT: BLAME GAME WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY
**** ALERT: Air Conditioning & Global Air conditioning play Blame Game If you are looking for a reliable heating/cooling solution, stay far away from Global Air Conditioning and Alaska. They work together to trap customers in a loop of zero accountability. The Issue: I purchased an aircon through Global Air Conditioning (Alaska's verified supplier, since Alaska claims they don't sell directly to individuals). Right during installation, I raised a concern that the unit was not heating the space. The installer explicitly assured me that it would work. The Deception: The next day, the room was still not heated. When I complained, Global changed their story, stating the aircon was too small for the area. When I asked why they didn't advise me on the correct size beforehand—which is their job as experts—the installer made an excuse that "some customers prefer smaller units due to budget." They never gave me that choice or information; they just sold an inadequate machine. The Customer Service Nightmare: The Global representative told me I cannot exchange it for a bigger one because Alaska refuses exchanges. Their "solution" is for me to buy a whole second aircon! When I contacted Mohammed at Alaska, he just played the blame game, saying I must deal with the supplier since I didn't buy directly from them. Conclusion: Alaska uses independent suppliers specifically so they can dodge warranty and exchange complaints. It is a absolute blame game. Do not waste your hard-earned money on this weak brand or dishonest suppliers. Go to a trusted brand that stands by their product
