We contracted Jan to install a Paradox alarm system in our house which should have been done in a couple of hours but he was unable to complete it in 2 days. During this time he rendered us without a working alarm system & then when we eventually confronted him before he was leaving on the second day still with the installation unfinished he said he would not come in on the next day, Sat but only the following week again leaving us without a working alarm we then told him we would prefer he refunded us & we would get a competent company in to do it to which he agreed. After we had another company fix his mistake the following week he then picked up the unit which & he agreed was in perfect condition & left. He has not refunded us for the incomplete job & is unprepared to do so. We are now in the process of initiating legal proceeding against him not only to get a refund or that he has breached his contract but on the principle that he is in an industry where trust is paramount and we do not want him doing this to any other trusting customers. He is despicable. Pls don't use his company Alarman in Centurion.
