Shocking and pathetic workmanship from owner Allan Naidoo at Allan's glass and aluminium works

Paid R2800 in full (invoice dated 8/9/2025) and got the most pathetic job I’ve ever seen. Alan used hilties to install burglar bars and a sliding gate — completely wrong! The patio door doesn’t close or lock, and the gate lock doesn’t even align.

When I asked him to come back and fix it, he said he’s “too busy” and told me my builder must fix his mess — even though there was no such agreement. Once he got his money, he disappeared and refused to take responsibility.

This is shoddy, unprofessional, and dishonest work. Alan clearly has no pride, no integrity, and no respect for customers.

Avoid Alan’s Glass & Aluminium Works at all costs unless you want to waste your money and be left fixing his botched job yourself.
