VayKZN Holiday Apartment advertised on Bookings.com

I booked VayKZN "luxury sea view apartment" on Bookings.com for 1 night for my romantic birthday evening. The advertised rate for the apartment on Bookings.com was advertised at R1850.00, when I made the booking and payment I was charged R2580.00. Immediately cancelled the reservation as it was false advertising, and out of my budget. I was told that I could not cancel the reservation, so I had to keep it. On arrival at the apartment, we were horrified that the apartment was completely overridden by rising damp, the walls, the floor was constantly wet, it even had a machine to take out damp in the room, too terrible. The unit was advertised as upmarket and luxury, however it overlooked a dump/garbage bin depot, smelt terrible, blinds broken and did not open, the list goes on and on. Within the hour, we packed up, advised Alandra that I was cancelling the accommodation and dropped off the key to the unit at 15h30.

I have been in contact contact with booking.com and Alandra for my full refund still nothing has ben paid. Please help me get my money back, and hopefully no other clients are taken for a ride by this owner or her unit for rent!
