Shockingly poor level of service

I took my car to Alan Hudson for the first time for a standard service and everything was going well but after i collected the car and drove home, I noticed that the back interior light knob has been broken off and just stuck back on (they were working on the interior lights as the front needs replacing) there is also dirt marks all around the front interior light. I asked to have the car washed and it seems they completely missed the staring wheel, center console and a fer other spots because this is still dust. I asked that they look at the central locking and now there sounds like a loose nut in the back door every time I turn. I did try to email the service manager and reception but I dont even get a reply. This is just pathetic and I will advise anyone against using Alan Hudson because of this.
