Good Day, I bought a car in Alan Hudson Motors (VW), Tiguan last year. I took my car for changing the wheels, the people where I took my car they told me the Lock nut is not the correct one. Since I bought the car I have never change the wheels as the car is still new. When I call the Sales Manager of the Alan Hudson Motors, She told me I must replace she will refund, I got the quotation and send it to her and Now when I try calling her she keeps on telling me she is in the meeting. I really need the lock nut set to be replaced and I am not getting the service I deserve from VW
