Alan Hudson Motors' PATHETIC SERVICE

Had an accident around December 2017 and panel-beaters took the car on the 15 January 2018 and told me that they ordered the parts from VW Alan Hudson Motors within a week. It's March now and there's still no progress. Contacted VW directly and they've been pushing the goal post for the past two weeks. VERY PATHETIC...
