Outstanding workmanship

A friend thankfully recommended Alan Els to me, after he had done work for her. A number of my floor tiles had popped up and shattered, and I dreaded the inevitable mess that the fix was going to entail. However, Alan's work was immaculate. He and his son Liam did an incredible repair, and cleaned up as they went. He also solved the problem of some surrounding tiles that sounded hollow, by injecting a substance that he knew about. He was always punctual, and so helpful and knowledgeable about what he did. He worked unobtrusively and both he and his son were respectful of both my home and me. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Alan for any home improvements. Great work!
