No assistance, poor service after a car accident in Fort Lauderdale

We were in a car accident, another driver drove into the side of us and we are unable to drive the car due to a flat tyre. We called Alamo immediately, 5 hours ago. We were given a towing company number to call to collect the car - the number didn't exist. We were supposed to get a replacement car. Till now, no-one has showed up, we have called Alamo over 6 times paying international call charges following up (which will be billed back to Alamo). The Alamo is 7km away from were the accident took place. I have had to stand on the side of the road with a screaming 2 year old that's hungry, tired and hot. This is our last day of holiday and we've spent it waiting for ALamo. This is not the service that I expected. Very disappointed.
