ALAMO IS A *****

I booked a car with Alamo Car rental on the 7th of October with the plan to pick up the car on the 25th of October at Cape Town International airport. I get to the Cape Town International Airport branch on the 25th. I do not have a credit card in my name and I had my husbands credit card, they refused for me to use it. I asked if I can pay via debit card and they refused.

They called their call center and I spoke to one of the agents and she said that she would try to book me with another entity that allowed debit card payments for the deposits. She could not find a company that could take a debit card and they refused to give me my money back. I had to book with another company and spend more money because Alamo is useless.
