Siemens Fridge send for repairs, returned damaged

I have a Siemens Fridge and encountered some problems with it in Dec 2014. It did not want to cool and the alarm went continuously off alerting that there is a problem. I bought it from Tafelberg Furnishers approx. 2-3 years ago. they identified that for any repairs of maintenance to contact Aladdin Electronics who is the preferred suppliers. I logged a tick Job nr: 51192 and call out , which happened and it was identified that need it in the repair centre. The collect it and perform all sort of tests and commented that it is ready for delivery 12 Dec 2014. I paid my repair fees, but around the 18 Dec it all starts again. Call them and they collect it Job nr 56561 and was only returned yesterday. We are very disappointed though in the appearance which we received our fridge from your centre. On the previously occasion the fridge was in a much better condition when it was returned on 12th Dec 2014.Myself and my spouse is quite aware that we send our fridge on own risk for repair, but really this is no way right to mishandle other people property like this. There was no apology or anything mentioned why the fridge is in the state
