no delivery no refund

I booked a complete trip with said agent last December she failed to deliver anything besides visas. two days before travelling i realised that she was jus passing the buck on i booked with another company and asked her to refund me to which she agreed. to date she hasn't refunded a cent and I no of at least one other client she has done this to. her adverts all claim cheap rates which is true because no one comes near her prices but catch is non delivery and basically she *****s all your money
