Extremely bad customer service.

I purchased a used Leica TCR-407 from Alfred through a middle man call Marcel Fourie from Geotrade. Marcel had on numerous occasions confirmed with Alfred that the machine was in good working order. However, after I made the payment, Alfred informed me that some of the charging components were missing. Despite knowing how urgent it was for me to receive the machine, he showed absolutely no urgency to resolve the problem, and made empty promises day after day.

Ultimately, I decided to cancel the purchase. Alfred then informed me that he had no idea when he would be able to refund me, leaving me to wait indefinitely.

I am still waiting on the equipment or to receive a refund.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but Alfred's customer service was so poor that I feel it's my responsibility to warn others NOT to do businesses with him.
