Very disappointed customer

I ordered a cake and cupcakes for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Upon specification I was told it can be done. On the day pick up time was 12 but was told it will only be done by 2pm. I had to make guests wait because I didn't have a cake. Upon arrival the cake and cupcakes were totally different from what I ordered and specified.
