Extremely *********** customer service.

The staff of Alko trailer & caravan spares Cape Town, does not worry about custormer service, do net reply to messages, emails, if they do, days later after asking again, their phone *** rings all the time, no one answer. Not even the branch manager Cape Town gets back to me. They ignore whatsapp messages, emails. This has been going on for years. I've spoken to the branch manager about this many times, over and over. This is extremely bad from an international company.
