Al Falah Melville PATHETIC

My boyfriend and I placed an order via phone call, when we went in to pay, they overcharged us as their menu prices changed but we were not made aware of that. On top of that, they gave us the wrong order and went back and forth trying to receive a refund. The manager straight up said that he was not "professional" like duh. We are still waiting for our refund as they wanted to give it to us for free on our next order but that's not what we wanted, we asked for them to deliver our missing dish but couldn't even do that! How can you run/manage a business but think you're not professional.
